PhotoFormsPlus.com was originated by Jeff and Debbie Cook in support of the photographer. After recognizing the extensive amount of time a photographer spends to research, create and prepare brochures, ads, forms and information for their business and customers, Jeff and Debbie new there had to be a better way.
“Basically we wanted to provide the photographer with proven Forms, Brochures, and Pricelists so they can focus more time on their customers. Especially those photographers starting out or those needing a hand to the next level. We would have done anything to have this kind of support material in our earlier years”.
Jeff and Debbie have been Proud members of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) since 1998.
With combined experience of over twenty-five years in photography, graphics development and customer service, Jeff and Debbie want to provide you with the best technical and professional information and Forms packages. “We have had the pleasure of providing so many clients with wedding and portrait photography services, as well as being chosen as the onsite photographers for numerous formal military balls and events”. They have operated in studio and location settings of all kinds, and specialized in beach portraits. Now they hope to focus on providing a valuable online service to you.
“Our goal is to provide photographers with help to the right solutions for their photography business. We understand how many hours it takes to research, create and finalize a nice brochure with your pricelist and package descriptions. Or to create ads to meet a newspaper deadline. This is where we hope to help the photographer so that he or she can put thier effort and valuable time on thier photography and customers”.
Always a photographer, Jeff honed his skills in multiple areas during his career in the United States Navy where he provided photographic support in location shoots around the world including ceremonial events and VIP portraiture. Earning certifications in advanced interpretation of both film and digital formats, he carried his expertise onto Wedding and Portrait photography. Debbie brings exceptional and valuable experience in photography business coordination and cusomer support. Her excellent business and coordinating skills were essential in every aspect of shooting all the weddings, portraiture and special events. All together, their combined experience contributed to successful photo events and customer satisfaction.
“Building on our photography and customer experience, we've created this site to support photographers. One of the hardest things we found when we first began was creating pricelists, brochures and forms, to advertise and market to our customers. That's why we offer these on this site. We want to provide photographers easy ability to download and customize these products for their own needs. As well, we wanted to add important and educational areas to this site which can highlight the many aspects of photography. We hope that this site will help to make many photographer's job easier on the adminstrative side, so that they can spend more time behind the camera! We hope to continue building this site with more FREE areas, and Free sample forms, and of course hope that you will enjoy and stay with us as we grow”
